An Extraordinary Lesson Spotting License-Plates

    When I (Keith) was a young boy, our family would take a week each summer to load up the car and set out on a road-trip to go visit with relatives.  Our road-trip often led us to see relatives living several states away from our home in Virginia Beach, Virginia.  During one of those lengthy car rides, Mom turned to my two brothers and I and, in an attempt at dispelling the boredom, said, "Hey boys, let's play a game.  Let's see who can spot the most license plates from different states."

All of us were spotting and calling out different state license plates when Mom pointed at a car and announced, "There's one from Missouri: The Show-Me State!"  I hadn't heard that before so I immediately asked her, "Why do they call Missouri 'The Show-Me State'?"  She smiled and replied, "I guess it's because the people from Missouri want to 'see the proof' before they believe what someone tells them."

What Mom said in the car that day came rushing back to the front of my mind when our Sunday School teacher introduced us to the man in The Holy Bible, "doubting Thomas."  Christ Jesus' own disciple refused to believe despite seeing Him perform miracles and hearing Him proclaim His own death to come, the grave where His body would be laid, and His resurrection back to life that would happen "on the third day".  Thomas doubted because his faith was weak.

The instant that the apostle Thomas became branded "doubting Thomas" came soon after Christ Jesus had been resurrected.  "Doubting Thomas" became his brand from that point on.  Our Lord had already appeared to some of His disciples, "But Thomas, one of the twelve, called Didymus, was not with them when Jesus came. The other disciples therefore said unto him, We have seen The LORD. But he, Thomas, said unto them, Except I shall see in His hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my hand into His side, I will not believe (John 20:24-25)."

As an "unbelieving Believer" in Jesus being raised from the dead, Thomas said, "Except I shall see in His hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my hand into His side, I will not believe (John 20:25)."  His presumptuous words notwithstanding, Thomas' days as a doubter would soon come to a screeching halt.  Jesus had a plan, already knowing that Thomas would react the way he did.  Thomas, an "unbelieving Believer" at this point, would get help to become a "believing Believer" in The LORD Jesus Christ and would also be the one to provide a powerful lesson of "faith" for his fellow-disciples as well as for all Believers in Jesus Christ who were to come, all the way from then-to-now.

In John 20 we read, "And after eight days again His disciples were within (the upper room), and Thomas with them: then came Jesus, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace be unto you. Then saith He to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold My hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into My side: and be not faithless, but believing. And Thomas answered and said unto Him, My LORD and my God. Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen Me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed (John 20:26-29)."

Thomas' encounter with The Risen Savior was dramatic, to say the very least!  The LORD Jesus Christ challenged Thomas to put his hand into the opening in His side - the place where the soldier had thrust his spear into Jesus' lifeless body after He had died as He hung on The Cross of Calvary.  Immediately upon taking Jesus' challenge, Thomas was stunned to the point that all he could say was, "My LORD and my God."  Jesus then acknowledged Thomas' declaration of faith, his new-found belief, that Jesus is indeed The LORD Jesus Christ of God... The LORD Jesus Christ IS Who He said He IS and DID everything He said He would do.

As a result of Thomas' conversion from being an "unbelieving Believer" to becoming a "Believing Believer" Christ Jesus pronounced a special blessing, but not upon Thomas.  Jesus blessed those who, unlike Thomas, will believe in Him without having seen Him or having experienced what one might refer to as a major miracle in their life first.  Jesus declared that Thomas came to "see" Him as The LORD before he would believe, but blessed are they that have not "seen" and yet believe.

"Afterward He (Jesus Christ) appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat, and upbraided (rebuked) them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen Him after He was risen. And He (Jesus Christ) said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach The Gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. And these signs shall follow them that believe; In My name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.  So then after The LORD had spoken unto them, He was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God. And they (Jesus Christ's disciples) went forth, and preached every where, The LORD working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen (Mark 16:14-20)."

As a team and family of Toward The Mark in these final days before Christ returns, we are focused and intentional to follow The Holy Trinity as we go, "... into all the world and preach The Gospel to every creature (Mark 16:15)."  Please know that Bren and I pray for you daily that the lives you encounter, whether in person or by phone or online, will experience The LORD Jesus Christ in and through your Life.  We pray that, as you go into the world in the coming months, The Holy Spirit will leave in your wake "believing Believers" in Jesus Christ... Believers who see your "unshakable faith" in God's Word and The Way in The LORD Jesus!

God... Can These Bones Live Again?

These last few months have presented us with many wonderful opportunities to glorify our King Jesus Christ in a number of different ways. As we sat down to begin writing to attest to you how wonderfully The Trinity had both presented to us and led us through each assignment on the list, The Holy Spirit drew our focus toward two in particular.

       For starters, during the run-up to the elections we produced, packaged and mailed out packets containing a copy of our own "TTM Christian Voter Guide" along with a pocket-sized copy of "The Constitution of The United States". Especially leading up to election time, we as Christians and Americans are blessed with the priceless opportunity to bring attention to and promote the two most sacred "ancient landmarks" that we have been given as gifts by God: His Holy written Word and The United States Constitution. These two sacred landmarks are what Satan and his human accomplices are working frantically to destroy in the eyes of the American people, using tell-a-vision (TV), radio, online social media, print communications, and the like. Our "TTM Voter Guide and Pocket Constitution Campaign" is not simply another mailing, we view it as our ministry Team's return-volley against the demonic forces of Satan who are bent on the destruction of God's children and humanity as a whole from receiving The Truth, Who is in fact Jesus Christ. We pray, "Oh, Father God, In Jesus Christ's Holy Name, let each of us stand before You on that great and glorious day having given our all for the sake of spreading The Truth, Who is Jesus Christ, and for the fulfillment of Your dream for Your creation, in Jesus' Name we pray, Amen!"

        As a side note, please pray and fast with us that the great news of The Trinity that we share on social media will continue to increase in viewership, despite Satan's all-out war to blind the public to all we are doing to lead others in-to oneness In Jesus Christ. This includes the many messages we have posted on Pressin'IN Blog, on our Toward The Mark Podcast Channel, and have produced and released in both written and recorded media, all for the sole purpose of spreading the wonder-full Gospel of Jesus Christ and The Gospel He preaches.

     Now, here is the second thing that The Holy Spirit had illuminated to us. As you read this we pray that you will see why we have saved it for last.  As we have been in our times of prayer with The wonder-Full Trinity, I (Keith) have increasingly been shown something that we believe wholeheartedly is, not just a Word from God for Brenda and myself but is also, a Word from God for you. It all ties into my being asked some forty plus years ago to play and sing my original songs that our Father, Jesus Christ, The Holy Spirit, and I had written together and performed for a crowd at The University Of North Carolina (UNC). An event that I have thought back on over the past six months in particular and thinking to myself: "Has my music and reaching folks in concert settings, like I have done on so many occasions in the past, served its full purpose?"

        As a result, I began asking our Father, if the platform of music that He had anointed me for at one time could ever live again. I asked if it was in His plan for my life to anoint me for a new season of musical fruitfulness, like He had done so graciously so many years ago. Within the same week of my asking God that question, as I was in prayer, I saw in my spirit Ezekiel's vision where The LORD carried him in The Spirit over a valley that was filled with "dry bones". The "bones" implying that many people had died there long ago, long enough for the flesh to decompose. "Dry" bones implies that the bones of those people had been there so long that every cell in them had died, clear down to the very marrow, which takes many, many years.

       We have a question for you. Is there something that God has shown you, something that has not come into fruition in your life yet? Is there something that you have been believing God for, with all of your heart, but it has not yet come to pass? Is there something that you have believed God for, something that could reach many for Jesus Christ, but, whenever you have tried to make it happen, you seem to hit a wall? Or, like me and my performing my songs, is there a passion, a vision you still carry, something you had done in years past but have recently been wondering if it could live again? Bren and I believe wholeheartedly that, as you read Ezekiel's vision, God is going to breathe His Holy Spirit, His Life, into whatever it is that you have prayed fervently to come into fruition.  

     Bren and I believe that God has held you in reserve until now for many strategic reasons. We pray, in The Name of Jesus Christ, believing, as you read Ezekiel's vision, that the very same Holy Spirit that filled those "dry bones" and raised up a mighty army from what was seemingly dead and gone forever, will breathe the Life of God in-to you and will raise up the vision you have carried for so long! Now, take a deep breath, relax, read slowly and listen intently for the still small voice of The Wonder-Full The Holy Spirit as you are reading...

       "The hand of The LORD was upon me, and carried me out in The Spirit of The LORD, and set me down in the midst of the valley which was full of bones, And caused me to pass by them round about: and, behold, there were very many in the open valley; and, lo, they were very dry. And he said unto me, Son of man, can these bones live? And I answered, O Lord GOD, thou knowest. Again he said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of The LORD. Thus saith The LORD GOD unto these bones; Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and ye shall live: And I will lay sinews (Vigorous strength; muscular power) upon you, and will bring up flesh upon you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and ye shall live; and ye shall know that I am The LORD. So I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold a shaking, and the bones came together, bone to his bone. And when I beheld, lo, the sinews and the flesh came up upon them, and the skin covered them above: but there was no breath in them. Then said He unto me, Prophesy unto the wind, prophesy, son of man, and say to the wind, Thus saith The LORD GOD; Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe upon these slain, that they may live. So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived, and stood up upon their feet, an exceeding great army. Then he said unto me, son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel: behold, they say, Our bones are dried, and our hope is lost: we are cut off for our parts. Therefore prophesy and say unto them, Thus saith The LORD GOD; Behold, O my people, I will open your graves, and cause you to come up out of your graves, and bring you into the land of Israel." Ezekiel 37:1-12

       We are here, in the time when God is calling us to stand up and speak to the armies of God in Christ Jesus' Mighty Name and by His Authority. Much like Abraham waiting and waiting for God to fulfill His promise to him of a son, many believers are in that hour after they have walked with our Lord faithfully but have grown weary on their journey. The Lord is calling all whom He has used in years past to "arise" and "advance toward" the fulfillment of God's dream for their lives. No longer will they be convinced by deceiving spirits saying, "That once-wonderful season when God was working through you, and all of what He put in you, is o-v-e-r." The Lord says to you...

        "What you just 'knew' was your 'hay day', the fulfillment of Your Father's Will for your life, was actually your Boot Camp, your time of preparation! NO, you are not finished... far from it! The time you have been praying for, been sowing for, and been working towards and waiting for has arrived! You have been in preparation for this hour! The lies you have heard, the fiery darts from the enemy that have come to convince you that your time is done, has in truth served to temper you and to set your resolve for what is at the door, for what I had designed and created in you from the foundation of My Earth." The LORD says, "I have allowed your bones to dry up, which takes many years, so when those who see Me breathe My Life INto you, they will know that it is Me that has chosen and prepared you for this hour! You will not be operating on your last season's anointing. You are not be propping up something that I use to do. You are moving forward in what I have raised up for you! I have prepared you for this exact time! My Mighty Army is being revealed now... and there is no force in hell or on the earth that can stop them! Now, step forward into the vision I have written and am birthing in you, and I will meet you there!"

       "Draw nigh to God, and He will draw nigh to you (James 4:8)." That is His PROMISE to you!

       We pray that these words bless you greatly. We want you to know that we are standing alongside you in prayer, from now and through to the complete fruition of the wonder-full gifts and calling that our Father has created in you... from the foundation of His Earth. Thank you over and over again for standing with us, as we are daily working out all that God has worked in us for His glory! The marriage supper of The Lamb is on the stove! Can you smell it?

       Thank you for your love and friendship, especially in our collective efforts to glorify Jesus Christ day in and day out. We love you and pray for you that God blesses you beyond your ability to contain it all... for all you do, or have done already, that makes our work possible.

THE HOLY SPIRIT SAID...

  One morning recently, as we were praying, The Holy Spirit prompted us to begin warring in the spirit realm against the lawless devils increasingly manifesting themselves through people like George Soros, the Obamas, the Clintons, and scores of additional willing accomplices. We warred on behalf of those around the nation who, as a result of such increasing lawlessness, are losing companies, homes, their families, loved ones, and everything they worked so hard for over the years in their lives.

 

            We cursed at the root every devil, foreign and domestic, that has taken up residency in the souls of government officials, down-line employees, media teams, big technology officials, and the financial backers and socialist attorneys that have been making it possible for them to weaponize everything they can against all that God loves: Jesus Christ, The Holy Spirit, His Church Body, and our cherished U.S. Constitution.

 

As we prayed, our hearts began to grow increasingly heavy with the weight of hopelessness and fatigue God's people are feeling.  With each passing day, the oppression of uncertainty has grown with regard to the impact of the Corona Virus and the most important election in our nation's history.

I (Keith) was beginning to experience a seemingly unbearable weightiness as I saw in The Holy Spirit how burdened millions of mothers and grandmothers are.  The immense weight of fear those parents are carrying is filled with overwhelming uncertainty for the future of each child they have.  Bren and I both could feel how desperately they feel from frustration and concerns, simultaneously.  Though I couldn't possibly express in mere words the tormenting feeling The Holy Spirit was showing us, I will tell you, it was heart-shattering. 

In a few moments I became aware of what The Holy Spirit was doing to equip me with how to pray and speak to the things that They (The Trinity) wanted to address. It was then that I was compelled by The Holy Spirit to ask Him to please relay to us a message from our Lord God and King, a message we can provide to God's beloved children to equip them with His Peace, His Courage, and His Wisdom in the midst of our mounting national "chaos".  After making the request, I laid still listening to hear The Holy Spirit's sweet voice in response.

After just a short time of intently waiting and listening, I heard Him respond, through a vision, with a message for His children.  With indescribable gratitude to our Lord and Savior, we are here to relay to you this inside glimpse into what The Trinity is doing right now... in response to the cries of God's beloved children.  The Holy Spirit has shared this with us, for us all.  We pray that His message below will encourage you in the very same way that our Lord has used it to encourage and sustain Brenda and me. 

Speaking on behalf of The Trinity, THE HOLY SPIRIT Said, "RELAX, what is taking place in America right now is in Our Hands. We are drawing the serpent out of his hole and in-to the Light of Truth. Once he and his lies are fully exposed, then We will cut off his head." The Holy Spirit went on to say, "All who have been, and are now, his evildoers and hardhearted hosts, all who have been his willing accomplices, will be soon unveiled and fully exposed from their hiding places. They will be judged. Until that time, it is your Father and your Lord Jesus Christ's desire for all who love Us to be wide-eyed and looking out for everyone whose soul and spirit is sore and hungry. Look for anyone who has any form or manner of need--like those who have lost their jobs, homes, loved ones, families, and anything else lost as a result of wicked deeds of people being used by Satan.  This is a 'cleansing'.  Help people in their places of difficulty, encouraging them with all that The Father is doing for us now.  Search out and find those who are in the Family of God first.  Search out and find the adolescent Believers who are in diligent pursuit of Christ Jesus. Go to the elders in Christ Jesus, especially those carrying the heaviest of spiritual and emotional loads, and refresh them in Me, The Holy Spirit.  For those elders, and for the weary souls around them that are caught up in the cares of the news media and world, speak My Hope and My Peace over them and their storm-weary souls.  To those who have pulled back from wholeheartedly pursuing Me, collapsing under the weight of 'emotional' battle fatigue, God says to 'Speak Jesus Christ's Courage, by His Authority, into each one of their lives and souls.  Reassure each of them that their Father and their King Jesus Christ hears each of their cries and knows their every thought.  Assure them that they are not alone!  Remind them that We are, indeed, continually with them and with everyone who loves Us and calls on the Name of Jesus Christ, God's Holy Son!  Remind God's people to look to NO other source for provisions or protection, but trust wholly in God and Him alone! Remind them repeatedly, as often as possible, that GOD is The Divine Provider, their very Source of all things LIFE!  Declare this Truth to everyone.  Lead them all to call on Christ Jesus and to know He will hear them, He will receive them, and He will comfort them always, and most certainly now in this time of 'purging out the devils'.  Now, RELAX and know that your Father and King knows everything. Watch and see the Glory of The Father and King!"

  After The Holy Spirit had delivered that message, my heart was flooded will the joy-filled reality that the lawless spirits that are sweeping across our country right now, working through the lives of the willing, is providing countless opportunities for each of us to work, side by side, with our Father, Jesus Christ, and The Holy Spirit.  We have opportunities to serve to fan the fires of hope and courage in the hearts of God's beloved children, and in ways that could not have been possible without these current events.  We must take our thoughts captive, and RELAX, and ask The Holy Spirit to meet with us as we get into the written pages of God's Holy Scriptures.  We must be listening for His sweet voice of guidance and encouragement that leads us into God's assignments for us as we encourage others along in theirs.  We must keep our focus fixed on Christ Jesus!

"And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting (indulgence), and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares. For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth. Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man (Luke 21:34-36)."

It is crucial right now that we remember who we are, and remember Whose we are!  Though our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ has won "the war" for us already, we have isolated skirmishes left to fight and overcome before He, The Great Conquering King, returns in ALL of His Glory with The Mighty Host of Heaven at His side.  Now it's time for all of us to put our ALL into this fight, and to finish our part, each one, and to work with pure focus, fearlessness, love, discipline, and every single thing that God is here to equip us with by His Holy Spirit for... pressing toward the mark (becoming One In Jesus Christ) for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus (Philippians 3:14)!

If you have not asked Jesus Christ into your heart to be your Lord and Savior in your life, or if you at one time asked Jesus Christ into your heart but have allowed something or someone to come between you and Him, our Father is calling you to come to Him now.  Right there where you are, relax in quiet stillness with The Lord God, and say the following in prayer as you begin watching for what God will do.

"Dear Father God, in the precious Name of Jesus Christ, the King of kings and The LORD of all lords, I lay my life at Your Feet. I come before You, confessing that I am a sinner, and I ask for You to forgive me of all my sins - those that I know I have committed, as well as those that I am not even aware of. I ask that You come into my heart and be my Lord. I lay my life, and everything in it, at Your Feet, and ask that You please take me and begin to change me to be like YOU. I ask that You redeem the time that has passed, and allow me the opportunity to become exactly what You have predestined me to be, from before the foundation of the earth. I commit my life to You now, and thank You for receiving me as Your own. In the wonderful Name of Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God, I pray, Amen." AMEN (So be it)!

If you have just prayed this prayer, we want to congratulate you for making the greatest decision that you'll ever make! By accepting Jesus Christ, or rededicating your life to Him, as your personal Lord and Savior, you have begun the wonder-full process of being grafted into the family of God, and we welcome you "Home" to God's Family. We would also like to invite you to contact us so that we can send you information that will help you begin growing in your relationship and daily walk with God. We encourage you to begin attending a Holy-Spirit-filled, full-Bible teaching church right away.

We would advise you to begin reading The Holy Bible daily, even if you don't seem to understand it.  Always remember, God's Holy Word as is written in The Holy Bible is alive, LIKE NO OTHER BOOK ever written!  Each time we rendezvous with The Person of The Holy Spirit as we are read God's inspired messages to us there, it becomes stored in our heart where The Holy Spirit can have access and bring it into our everyday life and remembrance.  You will find that The Holy Scriptures will become applicable to whatever you go through, at any given time.  It is so wonder-full!

Start listening to Spirit-filled Bible teachers right away, especially being new in your walk with God.  You will be encouraged, strengthened, and fortified by getting good teaching regularly.  However, be aware that Bible-teaching alone will not be enough to fulfill your need for increasing your faith and walk in Christ Jesus.  There is no substitute for cultivating close relationships with faithful believers that follow Jesus Christ and live and serve by God's Word in their life.  Prepare yourself to expect that, now that you have begun the transformation process with Christ Jesus in your heart and life, there will be times when you will be tempted to go back to your old ways of living your old life.  It will be times like those when you will find out how crucially important it is for you to be hanging out with strong Christian friends and mentors.  There really IS strength in numbers! (Selah)
